At Printpalooza, we are committed to delivering your artwork safely and efficiently across Europe. Below you will find details on our shipping costs, delivery times, and packaging process.

Shipping Costs

  • The shipping cost for European Union ranges from €17.00 to €37.10 per item, depending on the canvas size. For additional canvas ranges from €4.40 to €18.60.
  • The shipping cost for United States ranges from €21.10 to €59.90 per item, depending on the canvas size. For additional canvas cost ranges from €5.40 to €30.00.
  • The exact shipping cost for your delivery will be displayed in your shopping cart, based on the destination and product type.

Delivery Destinations

We deliver to countries within Europe and outside Europe, especially to whole world (check availability in your shopping card). If you wish to place an order for delivery to a rest of the world to a country which is not on a list, please contact us at printpalooza.art@gmail.com for availability and a quote, including delivery costs and estimated delivery times for your destination.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from the time your order is processed.
  • The delivery time may vary depending on the size, and current queue at the printing house.
  • Orders are verified, processed and printed automatically after they are placed, ensuring quick fulfillment.

Packaging

Your canvases are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Canvases are sealed in plastic wrap and packaged in a hard cardboard box.
  • We use 28% less cardboard than the industry standard by utilizing custom-made boxes made from recycled materials.
  • Our facilities use specialized machinery that reduces the need for tape, plastic, and other packaging materials, making our shipping process more sustainable.

Dynamic Shipping

All orders are shipped from printing house nearest your location. You will receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Receiving Your Parcel

  • Please ensure that your name is clearly visible on your letterbox or doorbell.
  • If you're not available to receive the package, you can provide an alternative delivery address, such as your work address, during checkout.
  • If the parcel cannot be delivered directly, a notice will be left in your letterbox with instructions on where you can pick up your package.

Damages in Transit

In the event of visible damage to your package upon delivery, please report the damage directly to the courier and contact us as soon as possible at printpalooza.art@gmail.com. This will allow us to file a claim with the courier or transport insurance. Reporting damage does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Customs and VAT (Post-Brexit)

Please note that as of January 1st, 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU VAT area. We currently do not ship our canvas prints to the UK, but this option will be available in the future.
